Money-back guarantee

We know it’s in our best interest to ensure that our customers are totally satisfied.

Whether you’ve changed your mind or the product is not suitable to your needs, you can return the merchandise within 90 days of receiving your items for a full refund of the purchase price with the exception of the shipping charges.

Clearance items, sale items (on sale or with a promo code), gift certificates, car seats (for security) and hygiene products (such as cloth diapers or swim diapers) are final sales.

To obtain a refund, the items must be:

  • In their original packaging, with labels and instruction booklets
  • In their original condition (not used or washed)(in the case of a woven wrap, a stretchy wrap or a ring sling, the item needs to be “loom state”; still folded, not washed, not tried)
  • Disassembled (where applicable)

Returns procedure

For all merchandise returns, here is the procedure to follow:

  1. Please inform us by email at [email protected] with your order confirmation number. Please include pictures showing the state of the product in the email.
  2. Agatha le baby shop will contact you and provide you with a return shipping label. You will have to return the product in its box, print the label and affix the printed shipping label to the package. Then, you will have 7 days to drop off the parcel at your local post office.
  3. Once you’ve made your returns request, please allow one to two weeks for receiving and inspection of the product at our location, after which the purchase price of the item will be refunded, excluding the shipping costs, using the same mode of payment used for the purchase.

Shipping costs for returned items are your responsibility, except in the two following cases:

  • The product is defective
  • The product received is different than what is indicated on your bill.

Agatha Rewards in the event of returns

When an item is returned and refunded, any Agatha Rewards that had been earned on the purchase of that item will be deducted from your Agatha Rewards balance.

You can view your Agatha Rewards balance at any time by clicking on My Account.

Defective products

Please contact us by email at [email protected] within 10 days upon receiving your merchandise if it is delivered to you damaged or defective. Please include pictures of the merchandise as well as the order confirmation number. We will contact you and replace your item at no additional cost to you.
Order cancellations
You can cancel an order at any time before it is ready to ship.

To do so, please contact us quickly to advise us of the order cancellation.

If your order has already shipped and you still want to cancel it, you can always return the items by following the Returns Procedure.

Boxing Day Sale

The Boxing Day Sale only applies to in-stock items (excluding on-order and out-of-stock items). Sales do not apply to gift certificates or to previously purchased items.
