In-store and return policies
We know it’s in our best interest to ensure that our customers are totally satisfied.
Whether you’ve changed your mind or the product is not suitable to your needs, you can return the merchandise within 90 days of receiving your items for a full refund of the purchase price with the exception of the shipping charges.
Clearance items, gift certificates, car seats (for security) and hygiene products (such as cloth diapers) are final sales.

Agatha Rewards in the event of returns
When an item is returned and refunded, any Agatha Rewards that had been earned on the purchase of that item will be deducted from your Agatha Rewards balance.
You can view your Agatha Rewards balance at any time by clicking on My Account.
Please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days upon receiving your merchandise if it is delivered to you damaged or defective. Please include pictures of the merchandise as well as the order confirmation number. We will contact you and replace your item at no additional cost to you.
You can cancel an order at any time before it is ready to ship.
To do so, please contact us quickly to advise us of the order cancellation.
If your order has already shipped and you still want to cancel it, you can always return the items by following the Returns Procedure.

Boxing Day Sale
The Boxing Day Sale only applies to in-stock items (excluding on-order and out-of-stock items). Sales do not apply to gift certificates or to previously purchased items.
