You live near Agatha and you would like to pick up your purchase in-store? No problem! Save the shipping cost and get your item quickly by retrieving your purchase directly from the Agatha warehouse-store located in Mirabel just a few steps away from the Montreal Premium Outlets.
When completing your online purchase, select “In-Store Pickup” in the “Shipping” section.
Once your order is completed online, you will receive an email confirmation of your order.
Pay special attention to the status of your order: in stock, order 10 to 15 days or special order.
When your order is ready to be picked up, you will receive a new email titled “order completed” confirming the availability of your pickup. The status of your order will then be “completed” in your Agatha account. Orders are usually ready within three hours when they are placed during store opening hours.
You will have 2 weeks following the confirmation of the in-store pickup email to pick up your purchase. Introduce yourself to our warehouse-store with your invoice in hand (paper or email) as well as a photo ID from Monday to Saturday between 10am and 4pm. If you have not picked up your order 2 weeks after the pick up email, the order will be cancelled and your purchase will be refunded. However, you can extend this deadline by contacting us directly.
If you need your purchase quickly, do not hesitate to contact us as soon as the order is placed to know when it will be available for pickup in stores.
If you are retrieving furniture or large items, please make sure that your vehicle has the correct wheelbase for the items you are picking up. In addition, Agatha cannot be held responsible for loading or attaching your items in your vehicle or for safe transportation between the warehouse and your home.
